Refund policy

You’ve got 15 days from the day you receive your shipment to fall in love with our products. If you’re not 100% satisfied, send it back! We’ll exchange it for a different size, a new product, or give you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition: no damage, no washing, and all tags intact.

Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns on hats. No returns on preorder except denim. Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
